When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need help, contact us at info@charlitapparel.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the return policy?
Any misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How do CHARLIT tees fit?
Our tees have a relaxed, true-to-size fit. Order your usual size for an everyday fit or size up for a more oversized look.
How should I care for my CHARLIT apparel?
For the best results, wash your garment inside out with cold water and similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over printed graphics.
